The rooms listed below are reserved for conference participants until 7 October (Book Hotel) and until 15 October 2021 (Hotels Travel 24, Michaelis and Markgraf) . For inquiries after this dates please refer to the tourism board’s booking website.
If you cancel after 7/15 October 2021, the hotel may incur a cancellation charge of one hundred per cent.
The room reservation can be made via the booking form directly by e-mail, fax or post at Leipzig Tourismus und Marketing GmbH. The Leipzig Tourismus und Marketing GmbH forwards the room bookings to the corresponding hotels. Guests will then receive a booking confirmation directly from the hotel. The payment for the overnight stay is made individually by each participant on site.
All hotels in Leipzig are required to levy an additional guest tax of 3 euros per night. The rates include VAT and breakfast. The additional guest tax applies to both business and private stays.
