Congress Participation Registration

If you plan to present a paper, convene a panel, attend as a publisher or exhibitor, or simply sit in on the congress on-site, we kindly invite you to register using the button below. The registration portal will be open from November 1, 2024, to June 15, 2025.

The registration fees are detailed below:

• This fee includes attendance at all academic sessions, tea/coffee, and lunch, as well as meals at the Opening and Closing Receptions and printed conference programs. Please note that the registration fee does not cover transportation, accommodation, excursions, or special events.

Kindly note that you will need to indicate your IABS membership number during the registration process. For information regarding the IABS membership application, please refer to the IABS website.

Information for Online Audience 

As a special feature of the XXth IABS Congress, we initially considered offering a full-event livestream for a reduced fee. However, due to limited interest, we have adjusted our plans.

Instead, we are pleased to announce that we will provide free livestreaming of selected panels for our online audience. This allows us to share key sessions with a global audience, free of charge, offering everyone the opportunity to participate in this exciting event. Further details, including the schedule and access information for the livestreamed panels, will be shared soon.
