Congress Participation Registration

If you plan to present a paper, convene a panel, attend as a publisher or exhibitor, or simply sit in on the congress on-site, we kindly invite you to register using the button below. The registration portal will be open from November 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

The registration fees are detailed below:

• This fee includes attendance at all academic sessions, tea/coffee, and lunch, as well as meals at the Opening and Closing Receptions and printed conference programs. Please note that the registration fee does not cover transportation, accommodation, excursions, or special events.

Kindly note that you will need to indicate your IABS membership number during the registration process. For information regarding the IABS membership application, please refer to the IABS website.

Online Audience Registration

As a special feature of the XXth IABS Congress, we are considering offering live streaming of the entire event for a reduced fee of around €200. This option is tailored for individuals who wish to participate remotely as part of the audience. Please be aware that, during the live stream, interactions with presenters or other participants will not be available.
