Please take note of the following timing of the steps leading up to the XXth IABS Congress:

| February 29, 2024 | Submission of initial panel proposals closes |
| April 2024 | Second Circular |
| June 15, 2024 | Online submission of individual paper proposals for sections opens |
| October 1, 2024 | Deadline for panel convenors to submit complete packages of paper abstracts |
| November 1, 2024 | Online submission of individual paper proposals for sections closes (submissions after this date will not be considered) |
| November 1, 2024 | Online conference registration opens |
| June 15, 2025 | Online conference registration closes |
