The first digit of your poster number leads you to your poster room.

Contribution

Talk Requirements:
The lecture hall is equipped with a laptop and a beamer to display your presentation (PDF or PowerPoint). Alternatively, you are free to use your own laptop. However, in case of problems, it is advisable to have a copy of your presentation on a USB-stick. Contributed talks are limited to 12 min plus 3 min discussion, whereas invited talks are allocated 20 min plus 10 min discussion.

Poster Session:
We plan to use the software "Big Blue Button" which is an open source solution, made for large auditories.

BBB PoC 2020

This room will have 8 breakout rooms, where participants can chat and present. There will be 3 additional poster rooms with 8 breakout rooms each - one for each poster.
