Prior registration is required to hold a poster presentation. Please bring your employee ID card or a similar document that shows your personal details. The hanging of the poster can be done by a representative.

Each poster presentation is scheduled for 3 minutes of lecture and 2 minutes for discussion. Authors will be informed about the scheduling by e-mail after abstract acceptance. Please note our announced time tables on site as well.

The posters must be removed independently between 2:45 and 3:00 pm.
Unfortunately, posters that are not removed must be disposed of after the event.

The best poster presentations will be awarded as part of the Research Festival. One poster will be honored per topic. In order to give all visitors a deeper insight into a selection of research work, all award winners are asked to present their poster in a short lecture during the award ceremony.

To ensure a smooth process for the short lectures, please upload a Graphical Abstract of your project (PDF, 1 page, 10 MB max.) by January 28, 2025 via our abstract system. More information can be found here.

The names of the award winners will be announced at the award ceremony.

Notes for the registration:

To give a poster presentation, you need to register in advance. The registration counter will be open from 09:00 am and can be found in the foyer on the ground floor of the Clinical Trial Center of the Faculy of Medicine.

To register, we need your employee ID card or a similar document that identifies your personal details. Kindly show your document when you register.

It is not mandatory to register directly at 09:00 am. It is also possible to register at another time, but no later than half an hour before your session starts. This allows the organizing team to have an overview on the number of presenters, and to coordinate with the reviewers.

The hanging of the poster can be done by a representative.

We kindly ask you to remove your poster from 02:45 to 03:00 pm. Posters left behind will be disposed of.

Participation is free for both lecturers and visitors.
