Unfortunately, posters that are not removed must be disposed of after the event.

Every two years, the Roland Ernst Foundation honours outstanding young scientists from Saxony who work in the fields of medical and medical-technical research, hospital management, geriatrics and rehabilitation research, health sciences and healthcare research.

This year’s award winners will be honoured at the Research Festival 2024.

The Roland Ernst Foundation cordially invites all award winners of the Roland Ernst Research Prize and the Research Festival 2024 to a small get together, which will take place after the official award ceremony. Take advantage of this opportunity to exchange ideas and deepen your networks!

The event is reserved exclusively for the award winners.

Notes for the registration:

To give a poster presentation, you need to register in advance. The registration counter will be open from 09:00 am and can be found in the foyer on the ground floor of the Clinical Trial Center of the Faculy of Medicine.

To register, we need your employee ID card or a similar document that identifies your personal details. Kindly show your document when you register.

It is not mandatory to register directly at 09:00 am. It is also possible to register at another time, but no later than half an hour before your session starts. This allows the organizing team to have an overview on the number of presenters, and to coordinate with the reviewers.

The hanging of the poster can be done by a representative.

We kindly ask you to remove your poster from 3 to 4 pm. Posters left behind will be disposed of.

Participation is free for both lecturers and visitors.
