9th Annual Symposium
Physics of Cancer
Leipzig, Germany
September 24-26, 2018
Contribution

In addition to your participation registration (above), you are encouraged to apply for a short talk or poster contribution. All abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee because only a limited number of people with extraordinary abstracts can be selected for actually giving a talk. In case a talk abstract is not accepted for oral presentation, the author usually gets the opportunity to present a poster instead. Notification of acceptance of a talk or poster will be send via e-mail shortly after the submission deadline has passed.

To submit an abstract, we strongly encourage you to use our submission webform which makes the evaluation process much easier. However, if you face any problems, you may alternatively submit your abstract via e-mail to the conference secretariat (see requirements below).

+++++++++++++ EXTENDED Submission Deadline:  September 10, 2018  +++++++++++++

If you are unable to use our submission webform and wish to send your abstract via e-mail instead, make sure to meet the following requirements: An abstract should be a self-contained description of the contribution and why it would be of interest to conference attendees. Your abstract must include a descriptive title, list of authors, and affiliated institution(s). In case of multiple authors, please indicate the presenting author. Please send your abstract as an editable Word file (*.doc, *.docx) or OpenOffice file (*.odt).

Talk Requirements:
The lecture hall is equipped with a laptop and a beamer to display your presentation (PDF or PowerPoint). Alternatively, you are free to use your own laptop.
