The registration for the "Physics of Cancer"
symposium is closed as the registration deadline has already passed.
For registration, please contact the
conference
secretariat. The number of participants is restricted to 60. Registrations
that include an application for poster presentation (see
below) will be prioritized. Together with the confirmation of your
participation you will receive all necessary information for payment of
the conference fee.

Contribution Submission
The application for poster contributions is
closed as the submission deadline has already passed.
In addition to your participation registration, you are welcome to apply
for a poster contribution. Please submit your abstract via e-mail to the
conference
secretariat until August 31, 2011 at the latest.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the symposium organizers. Some people
with extraordinary abstracts may be selected for giving a talk. Notification
of acceptance of a poster or talk will be send by e-mail after August 31,
2011.
Abstract requirements:
Poster abstracts will be selected on the basis of their content. An
abstract should be a self-contained description of the contribution and
why it would be of interest to conference attendees. Your abstract must
include a descriptive title, list of authors, and affiliated institution(s).
In case of multiple authors, please indicate the presenting author. In
addition to the usual abstract text, you may also include a figure or diagram
to illustrate some aspect of your abstract. The complete abstract (including
an optional illustration) should not exceed one DIN A4 or US Letter page
(font Time New Roman, font size 11 pt). Please send your abstract as an
editable Word file (*.doc, *.docx) or OpenOffice file (*.odt).
Poster requirements:
Posters must fit within a rectangle 90 cm wide and 120 cm high (DIN
A0), portrait format. The material necessary to mount the poster (pins
or "Poster Strips") will be provided. |
